Micro Pitch Pins – RESOLUTE Pins are adjusted with micro angles pitch washers that facilitate precision stern and outboard pitch angles even if the pin nut comes loose. In addition, snap washers on the pin facilitate immediate easy height adjustment.
Next Gen Skeg Rudder System: The New RESOLUTE Quick Change Skeg/Rudder System facilitates rapid skeg rudder change in less than five minutes. Shallower Angle, Hinged Rudder, Shark Fin Compatible

"I already knew that Resolute gets round the bends on the Charles better than [competitors]. I reckon the Resolute with the shark's fin rudder is around 3 seconds faster than any other shell on steering the bends alone! "-Adrian Ellison Olympic Gold Medal Winning Cox: 1984 Los Angeles with Sir Steven Redgrave
“Got to cox the FITRA women's 8 today. The Mary Ellen was wonderful. Very responsive, etc. with minimal rudder at 24-26+/ 3/4 pressure. Also, on long steady state piece this AM, was very interesting to hear the sound of the water/air against/under the hull. Very easy for a cox to tell if a boat is moving well or not. I've never heard such a sound before in anyone else's boat. Also, proved true at the higher rating this afternoon. I could tell if the crew was rushing or running very easily! NICE!”
- Tim Edsell, from a practice he had in a Resolute Lightweight 8 while training with some FITRA (Florida Institute of Technology Rowing Assn) ladies who are readying themselves for the 2015 Charles. www.coxnschool.com-Responsive, wonderful Women's 8!
