#ResoluteNation Stands Proud at Head of the Charles

Congratulations to so many of the teams rowing Resolute and making us proud to build boats that are built to last and made to go fast! It was an incredible weekend of accomplishment and mind-over-matter as these teams faced off with unprecedented weather conditions and some steep competition. 4th Place Finish - Women's Championship 8.
They were defending the Gold winning performance of last year with the number 1 on their Bow. They started the race off slow more than 6 seconds off the start and fell to 7th place. Then they came roaring back to finish fourth by only 0.0.73. Wow, what a race, and what a come back!

Riverside Boat Club
In one of our favorite moments from HOCR52, Riverside Boat Club had one of the most epic bloopers caught on film in the Club 8+ competition. Check out Resolute on Instagram for the funniest captions to this moment. Fortunately, our friends at Riverside have a great sense of humor and the rower was ok. He quickly got back on the horse and the crew made a strong finish.

Team Shimano
GOLD for the Midweight 4x in the Directors Challenge by a large margin. The boat was outfitted with Shimano virtual pivots on our Resolute footstretchers in their first racing test. Resolute Singles
Tom Bohrer, rowing for Wide Load BC, started 29th and took 3rd in the Senior Grand Master and Grand Masters singles.
